Due to a city power outage, both The Great Pumpkin Trail and The Dead End Hayride closed tonight. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and truly appreciate your patience as we work through this unexpected situation.
Next Steps for Ticket Holders
We understand how disappointing this is and want to make the process as smooth as possible for all affected guests. Please review your options below:
Option 1: Transfer Your Tickets
Guests with tickets for tonight may transfer their tickets to another available evening free of charge. You can transfer your ticket to ANY night remaining in the 2025 season.
There is a link in your ticket confirmation email towards the bottom that allows you to easily complete this transfer.
You will have up to 7 days to reschedule your tickets. Saturday, October 11th.
Option 2: Request a Refund
If you prefer, you may request a full refund for tonight’s order.
