Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we prioritized your well-being.

Refund Process: We understand that you may have questions regarding your ticket purchase for the September 29th event. We want to assure you that we are committed to processing refunds promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and should be expected to appear on your account within 7-10 business days. Please allow us this time to complete the necessary transactions.

Ticket Transfers: Tickets from the September 29th event will not be transferrable. All tickets for the 29th will be automatically refunded. We understand that you may have been looking forward to this experience, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Future Visits: For those who were excited to experience The Dead End Hayride, we encourage you to come back and visit us in the future. New tickets will need to be purchased for any future events or visits. We are dedicated to providing you with a memorable and safe experience when you return. A: Yes, we will be open for the 2022 season.

Q: Are masks or face coverings required for the guests or staff for the 2022 season?

A: At this time, masks will not be required for our guests or staff but are strongly encouraged for those not fully vaccinated.

Q: Will the monsters touch me?
A: We will be bringing back a level of our interactive experience for the 2022 season. Our staff has been trained to perform a minimal amount of interactions that will keep both guests and our staff members safe, while still enhancing the overall experience of the haunted attraction. 
Q: Are you open rain or shine?

A: Yes, We usually stay open even if it rains.  If we do close due to weather, we will post the notice on our website, Instagram and Facebook page.

Q: Do you serve adult beverages on site?

A: Yes, New for 2019 – The Dead End Patio. This area will be reserved for our 21+ guests to enjoy an adult beverage before or after the attraction. Beer, wine, hard seltzer and cider will be available for purchase. Cash only. Must have a valid ID to enter.

The Patio will be open only on Fridays & Saturdays for the entire season.

Q: Is there an age limit?

A: The Dead End hayride can be very frightening and is not recommended for children. Due to the nature of the show, children must be at least 10 years old to go through the attraction. We recommend 13 and older due to our show containing moving props, unpredictable crowds and confined spaces.

Q: Do you offer group discounts?

A: Yes, all of our group pricing is done online for your convenience. To locate group pricing, select “Buy Tickets.” Find the desired date, and listed in the ticket types will be group pricing for both General Admission and Fast Pass. Group pricing starts at 20+ tickets. Group pricing will NOT be offered onsite.

Q: UBER / LYFT info- DON'T take one here.

A:  UBER and LYFT will drop off here but they DO NOT pick up here! You will be stranded and have to sleep in one of the spooky haunted houses. 

Q: Is there FREE parking onsite?

A: Yes! We have plenty of FREE parking onsite. Parking attendants will assist you when entering! 

Q: What is included with your ticket purchase?

A: When you purchase a ticket, you are actually getting tickets to three attractions: the haunted hayride, the haunted trail (a series of haunted houses in the woods), and the haunted cornfield. Once you are done getting scared, feel free to hang out awhile because there is a the Dead End Patio (reserved for our 21+ guests to enjoy an adult beverage), bonfires, multiple food vendors, a mechanical bull and inflatable jousting for you to enjoy.

Q: Is the Dead End Hayride wheelchair accessible?

A: In order to accommodate your group, reservations need to be made. Please contact us via email at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your party. Once you contact us will discuss the details of attending The Dead End Hayride.

Q: How long is the wait?

A: Fridays and Saturdays mid to late October will be busy. You can enjoy a shorter wait by purchasing a Fast Pass Ticket. These tickets WILL sell out on certain nights! We recommend purchasing in advance via ONLINE. Coming on  Wednesday, Thursday, or Sunday’s usually have very minimal wait times at a discounted price!


Times my be decreased for the 2020 season due to limited capacity. 

Q: Do you sell food & drink, adult beverages and souvenirs at your attraction?

A: Yes, we have multiple fair food and drink options. New for 2019 – The Dead End Patio: this area will be reserved for our 21+ guests to enjoy an adult beverage before or after the attraction. Valid I.D. required. The Patio will only be open on Fridays & Saturdays.

We also have some awesome Dead End apparel that is available to purchase.

Q: When are the lines the shortest?

A: Lines are shortest on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

Q: I purchased a ticket online and don’t have a printer!

A: That is just fine! This year with SHOWCLIX you will have the opportunity to get your ticket texted to you. We will scan it right from your mobile device.

Q: I am pregnant, should I attend?

A: We highly recommend not coming as safety precautions due to moving props, unpredictable crowds and confined places. Come next year when the baby isn’t on board! 👶

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: You can purchase your tickets with MasterCard, Visa, or American Express credit cards. There is also a cash machine on site for your convenience. Most of the food vendors will take credit cards as well.

Q: How long does it take to go through?

A: This really depends on what day you attend and how busy we are! It typically takes 45 to 60 minutes to go through the entire attraction once on the hayride. Our wait times for 2018 varied from no wait to 2.5 hours to start the attraction.

Q: I bought a ticket online and can’t attend. What should I do?

A: You may sell it to someone of your choice if you cannot attend. There will be no refunds. If the ticket is not in a different name then the person attending that is just fine as you don’t need ID to redeem the ticket. If purchasing an actual paper ticket, please note that if there is a hole punched in the ticket it is not valid and has been used. The Dead End Hayride is not responsible for any outside sales between third parties.

Q: NO REFUNDS, read before you buy!

A: Our refund policy is much like buying a concert or movie ticket. There are no refunds. We have a limited number of spots for certain nights. Please carefully select the desired date you would like to come. If we close due to unsafe weather conditions we will post it on our website, Instagram & Facebook page. Keep in mind we have closed only once in the last 8 years.

Also, we do not give refunds for lost tickets while waiting in line. Keep track of your tickets or you will be charged full price to repurchase a ticket to attend. There will be no refunds for being too scared or frightened.
